3. Can I use VISA, MasterCard, and other cards?

Yes, you can use VISA, Mastercard, and other international credit cards in Mozambique. Credit cards are widely accepted in commercial establishments, restaurants, hotels, and other services. However, it's always good to check with the establishment before making a purchase.

4. Can I pay at the event venue?

Yes, but registration cannot be paid in cash.

5. What type of electrical plugs/sockets are used?

The electrical plug/socket type used in Mozambique is Type D, AC 220V.

6. Can you make a hotel reservation for me?

The organization does not handle participant accommodations, but you can check the accommodation section on our website for suggestions.

7. Will presentations and debate topics be sent to participants?

They will be included in the folders provided to participants at the conference venue and accessible via the link on our website.

8. Where does the event take place?

At the Joaquim Chissano International Conference Center, located on Avenida da Marginal with easy access to hotels, restaurants, and other services.

9. How to participate?

Simply register to participate in various categories against the indicated payment..

10. Is there airport-to-hotel transportation?

The event does not provide transportation, but there are private companies offering taxi and transfer services.

11. What is Maputo's time zone?

Maputo, Mozambique, is in the GMT +2 time zone.

12. Can I buy a SIM card or mobile network starter pack?

Yes, you can purchase a SIM card or starter pack at Maputo International Airport (MPM). Several mobile phone companies operate in Mozambique, including Vodacom, Mcel, and Movitel.

13. Is there Wi-Fi coverage?

Yes, there will be free Wi-Fi coverage at the event for all participants, available in all areas of the conference center.

14. Is there accommodation at the conference venue?
